Tract #1 – 300 +/- Acres

This tract consists of 300 +/- acres of highly productive farmland. There are two irrigation wells and one 1993 – 18 Tower Valley Sprinkler System that covers 220 irrigated acres. 110 acres under this pivot are planted to Triticale. Blacktop access is available along County Road E on the south side of this half section. This good level farmland would make a great addition to any farm operation.


Tract #2 – 580 +/- Acres

This is another highly productive farmland tract. There are approximately 580 acres in this tract. Three irrigation wells and a 1993 – 18 Tower Valley Sprinkler System provide water to 420 irrigated acres. 210 acres under this pivot are planted to Triticale. Located on this tract is a 1996 28 x 74 Solitaire Manufactured Home, a carport, a storage shed, and a metal shop with an overhead door and a lean to for covered equipment storage. Tract #3 – 100 +/- Acres

This tract consists of 100 +/- acres and an Open Lot Dairy Facility. There are 2,011 lock ups in the pens. This dairy has one Double 16 Parallel Milking Parlor with a double catch pen and crowd gate, and one Double 8 Parallel Milking Parlor. Milking capacity is 1,800 head. Permitted for 4,900 head of which 4,200 are milking cattle. One well on this tract provides water for the dairy. Other dairy improvements include two 6,500 gallon bulk tanks and compressors, a commodity barn, a hay barn, metal cattle shades, truck scales, and a silage pad. This tract is accessed via Stone Road one half mile south of FM 281.
